Excellent Customer Service/Frame Quality Disappointing
I ordered 3 custom framed photos and a hanging canvas. The customer service was excellent as I realized after placing the order that I had uploaded the wrong photo for one item. It was an easy process to change the image. However, I was not happy with the quality of the frames on the custom framed photos. One had a ding in it. All three frames have corners that do not line up well. The frames are black, but because some of the corner edges jut out, you can see the wood color. I question how well these frames will hold up long term.
