Purchased 11/25/21, still processing with no updates
I purchased a watch on 11/25/2021 meant to be a Christmas gift for my husband and paid around $550. My order is still “processing” and the company has not made any effort to proactively notify me on the status of my order. I have reached out to their customer service and just receive a general response that due to holiday volumes there are processing delays. However, a month and a half is more than a delay - I’m starting to feel like I was scammed. I still want the watch for my spouse, but so frustrated that I have no clue when or if it will ever be received. Also, there is a typo in the automated email that you receive when emailing their customer service where they misspelled “Service”. Seems incredibly unprofessional since that email appears to be sent out to all customers who contact them that way.
