Daylight Robbery
Took over a week to come out, showed up late left me waiting over 3 hours no apology. In addition to the $140 call out fee, they wanted to charge minimum $1249 just to LOOK at the air con and tell me what the problem is. Any fix or parts is in addition to this. And to top it all off to replace the existing evap system quoted me $9,200 when I just had a full ducted reverse cycle system quoted including removal of the old evap for $14k from another company. Absolute daylight robbery this company is a scam
