NO NOT BUY!
I have no other choice but to see if I can get a response by making a post, otherwise I’m being completely ignored. I contacted mtcfairings on 10/26 for a quote reference custom fairings, at that time I received an email from Whitney and a Facebook contact. Whitney initially was very eager and responsive, ever reached out to me before I woke up. The order was placed on 10/28 and fully paid. On 11/07 I receive my mock up of the fairings and was advised they will ship out soon. According to the shipping label, it was created on 11/13. Since then I have asked for updates, reached out on numerous occasions for the estimated date of arrival or atleast an update. Now… Whitney would take a long time to respond. Recently once again I reached out for an update on 12/16 to which after few messages, Whitney replied the following day with a screenshot that was written in Chinese but displayed a date of 12/09 (whereas BEFORE she would reach out to me to decide on a color faster) but nothing else , NOT EVEN A TRANSLATION!!! 12/17 I reach out asking again for an update because it’s not here, to which Whitney stated only that “it has arrived in USA” .. which I figured that out from the screenshot she provided the day prior since I had more than enough time to be able to decipher. Again, I reach out to which Whitney only states to keep waiting … YET AGAIN! I then reached out on Tuesday still without attitude but clearly aggravated and since Whitney HAS BEEN ACTIVE on Facebook but completely ignores my messages. I did ask to please do right and call customs or whever the package is as they will only speak to the seller (screenshot provided). I emailed mtcfairings but also no response. I reached out again today 6 hours ago and STILL nothing… at this point Whitney has been active multiple times and continues to ignore me. I was once excited to get these fairings and wanted more in the future. I will NEVER EVER do any business with mtcfairings and unfortunately due to completely unprofessionalism, lack of response and avoiding their customers… I would warn anyone not to do business with this company. Also, the manager (Whitney Huang) which is the only point of contact, finally responded after I posted this on the page but would constantly delete it and now show the true reviews from their customers.
