What a fantastic Bank. Swags was amazing, I made a resent transfer but for some reason it did not through. Rang and spoke to Swags and she could not have been more helpful. After taking all the security checks and then finding out why the transaction did not go through, I was told to check my nominated account, and there it was, great, we were then able go ahead with our house purchase, well done, keep up the good work.
