Poor Customer Service.
I ordered 12 bottles of wine and when it arrived, half the order was wrong. When i contacted Giordano, they said I could keep them and they would give me a credit on my next order. I just wanted the correct wine, so I requested that they send 6 bottles of the wine I had ordered and they could then pick up the wrong bottles. Giordano said the whole order would have to be returned and that they could pick it up late January, I asked how quick I could expect the correct order and they quoted 10 working days. Bearing in mind that it was their mistake I thought the time frames were excessive but still I awaited for them to pick up their botched order. I contacted them a couple of days before the pick up for an approx time and they replied as I had not expressly said I except their pick up date, the pick up wasn’t happening and they give me another date in early February. By this time I had enough of their poor customer service as I felt as they had my money thy didn’t seem to be in any hurry to rectify their mistake, so I decided that after many e mails, they can have their mistake back and I will have my money back. Shocking customer service and I won’t be buying from them again!.
