Reliable to the policy, Good Service

I've used TDI twice now. The first time I needed to make a claim for some stolen cash in South America. The online process was easy and handled with good prompt service and to the policy wording. You'll note grievances with this insurance are more than not from holders who didn't understand the policy wording, not from poor service. It pays seek a policy provider that fits your purpose (e.g. do you have lots of jewellery)and to understand the wording to know what is and isn't covered and when, e.g. like packing a laptop in checked in baggage I'll use again next time.
