Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service received. It has taken 3 months to complete a simple mortgage and change of equity. I had to chase the case continuously, multiple times a week via the online chat and by phone as they were not updating the portal. After chasing and chasing as to why it was taking so long with no real answers, I asked to check what details they had submitted to find that they had not responded to the other party due to encryption... but rather than look into it themselves they chose to ignore it. You need to have systems and processes to deal with such issues. Pretty basic, the staff were not very helpful and didn't really know what to do about the situation. I would not recommend Enact to anyone after this experience.
