Wrong size part, can't get return/refund/exchange
After a head-on collision, I purchased Shocks/Struts for my 2002 Ford Explorer. They arrive. However the set I receive are the wrong size (about 3" too long). I contact JPauto.com to see if I can exchange them for the correct set. No response. I try to return them, no response. I have filed several times in the past month to contact them. THE WORST. No response, no one in customer service. Incredibly frustrating. Don't use them please.
