Excellent customer service! I had an issue with a unit and reached out—customer service responded promptly and resolved everything to my satisfaction. I'm very happy with the outcome. These pods do an outstanding job of cleaning my Invisalign retainers. After having them for the past nine years, I never thought they could look as clean as they do now thanks to the Dental Pod.
