Best. Company. Ever!
I don't know where to begin...I've loved everything about the product and experiences with Smallwood Home! First, I love the 44" x 22" framed print size ... and the price is fantastic! Had vacation photos blown up and the result was a crisp, clear print that almost looks painted! Everyone was blown away by the clarity of the large print. So, I ordered some family pictures in the same size; a couple framed print and one framed wrapped canvas. Same result. Beautiful! I then placed another special order with custom sizes. SO easy to work with the support team at Smallwood. The first framed custom wrapped canvas came in and is FABULOUS. The second special order item came in defective. I uploaded pictures of the defect/damage and within two business days had a response and a solution. No one is perfect all the time, but being so responsive to correct any error and satisfy the customer speaks volumes about their commitment to provide quality items. And, they are a USA business located in Texas. I'd give 10 stars if I could! Definitely will use them again and again.
