This is a copy of the email I sent to hello@one-delivery (still no response) Due to coming home late last night I decided I would order a takeaway for my children’s dinner I searched the apps I’d usually use but my children were insistent on wanting a KFC to my disappointment I could find no delivery service that had KFC. After a search of the internet I came across “One Delivery” which did deliver KFC so I downloaded the app and placed my order I spoke to the branch manager via text to confirm both the sides I wanted as the app would only allow me to select one . When the food arrived it was cold and missing one of the sides I had asked for (even though I had spoken to the branch manager via text and he at no point told me it wasn’t in stock/not available) .Due to the time and the children having school the next day I didn’t couldn’t contact make for a new order as I just wanted the children to eat and go to bed. I found myself having to reheat the food on top of that dealing with the complaints about the missing coleslaw “mummy I don’t like corn”. Once the school run was done and I was back home I tried to look for a number for a complaints department I couldn’t find one so I decided to *contact the branch manager for help via text *. After going back and forth and coming to no resolve he called me ,we ended up having a *19 minute conversation* . During the conversation I was met with hostility, rudeness ,defensive attitude, at one point even laughter and finally the most ridiculous solution. He proposed the he would come to my home and collect the *uneaten food* and give me a refund (cash payment) I’d never heard of a company operating in this way so I turned down that offer as I know that’s now things should be done. We could not come to a resolution so I then I asked for the number for one delivery’s head office/ complaints department but I was told that everything goes through him. I could not believe the system you had in place so I searched the web and found a branch in *London* to see if they could be of any assistance, I was referred to onedeliveryuk Facebook page where I was told I should get I response . I’ve tried to called the number provided over *20 times*no response. I have sent a message asking for somebody to contact me via my mobile the message was delivered and read but ignored I wrote another message which was also ignored. I just can’t believe a company which prides it’s self in being “One Delivery are one of the largest Fast Food and Restaurant Delivery Services in the UK.” Not have a proper system set up for a complaint or even respond to a message Almost a week has gone by and nobody has bothered to reach out to me or even attempted to get back to me .
