I bought the Black Ceramic Automatic Gongfu Tea Set for my father-in-law. It took about 4 weeks to receive the package from China to LA. The item looks the same as pictures with high quality. My father-in-law really really loves it. The reason why I only give 4 stars is that the delivery company(4PX) is really not doing their best to update the information about the package. However, the Umi Tea Sets customer service is super helpful. At least, they explained why it takes so long to deliver the package. So if you have any questions about the order, don't hesitate to reach out to customer service.
