Do not use this company
Metropolitan/ Mr Emergency or whatever you call yourselves. Do not use this company, they rip you off. I had a new ducted gas unit installed a couple of years ago and they said it needs service every 2 years. Called them for a service price, they can’t give price over phone but they can come out and give a quote. Quoted me $1249 for service, 1 was pretty shocked but the man did say that they have to strip it all down which can take a few hours. So i booked the service. The man was here for 45 mins. I emailed the company twice for a breakdown of what tech actually did for that amount of money - no response. Total rip off. Also quoted me $4k to install 3 zones. Erm I dont think so. Will definitely not be using them again. Ps my neighbour got ripped off as well, $2k to replace 2 smoke detectors.
