Great Customer Service
Initial despatch was prompt however couriers damaged the the box in transit & returned it to sender without notifying me. When contacted Alcohol Free as package had not turned up, they traced it identified the problem & sent replacement by next day delivery so that it arrived in time even though that was Coronation Saturday. It was with me by 10.30am. That is excellent customer service. Thank you
