Very comprehensive & highly recommended!

I have struggled to loose and keep weight off and intermittently struggle with my digestive system, although it has been hard to identify the triggers. I wanted to understand what foods affected MY body and was imressed with how cost effective the test was (I paid £27 for the Ultimate Test). It arrived in a couple of days and required a few strands of hair (Ideally with the root attached) so I did this and posted it back, not expecting to have my results for at least a week. The results were in just 4 days later and considering 2 of these were the weekend, I am extremley impressed. The test looks at food and non-food sensitivities as well as a whole host of other important stuff such as hormone, vitamin and mineral imbalances etc. My very comprehensive 67 page report has enlightened me to understand my body better and I am genuinly excited to use this knowledge to establish a healthier lifestyle and have already recommended it to family & friends. I should stress that this IS NOT an allergy test and I will be taking an allergy test in addition to understand the full picture. I really do recommend this product to anybody looking to understand their body better.

Use anyone else... even my dog could have done better!

It’s impossible to leave a review with no stars but believe me - I would if I could! I begrudge that minimal single star I must leave in order to post this text might, in any way, give the option I have been even minimally pleased with the “service” we have received. Why the quotes you might ask? Well the service I purchased was to collect a Parcel from me and deliver it to an address in Latvia... however they never attempted to deliver, did not contact me during the process to ask for any further information nor have they brought the Parcel back to me... conveniently they will not provide me with details of how to make a claim against the insurance either! They have confirmed that they will charge me again in order to bring it back to me and would charge again on top of that to take it back to Latvia should I require redelivery (ironic terminology considering they made no attempt to deliver, the Parcel never left the hub that end) I suspect I should have used quotes there too! By my experience I absolutely would not recommend this company and I will never use them again. In response to their reply below, nobody contacted me after the Parcel was collected to ask for further details. If they had contacted me and asked for anything then I could have provided it.
