Had used them for a while despite the fact that they are incredibly expensive compared to normal supermarkets - the food has generally been of higher quality, but the service has gone downhill rapidly this year and today was my last order (which they only got because I'd requested vouchers as a gift from a friend which needed to be used) I had a £250 order in my basked waiting for just 8 hours for the voucher codes but within 8 hours the main items suddenly became "sold out". Too many "essential" items are "Out of stock" for more than a week and only one delivery date (a week away, a day before out of stock items are expected back in stock) is available in the whole of the next month where normally next day delivery is available. Are customers really expected to wait over a month to get essential food (at the time of writing there is nothing available for a delivery date until 2024!) RIdiculous! I tried to contact them to explain why I had reduced my last order with them by over £100 and wouldn't be ordering from them again but the only way to contact them was via an online form that fails on every attempt to submit it with a ridiculous and meaningless error code: "170192089599d5ef433254560851297" As others have commented they don't even reply to negative reviews on here. Don't give them your custom they don't deserve it!
