Phone faulty and quickly replaced
So my experience was not perfect as my phone wasn’t tested properly so after downloading everything I found my SIM or any SIM (I tried 3) didn’t work. I called. The person who assisted me clearly wasn’t trained in trouble shooting and just off the cuff suggested I needed a new SIM. To their credit they quickly gave me returns info. Tested the phone. Confirmed it was faulty and despatched a new one of better quality and with a charging plug and earphones. It was a bit of a palaver though
