I have had PCOS since 2014 and my stomach has been getting bigger and bigger every year since. I had a full battery of tests done at my local hospital recently after a scare but all came back normal. I have just this evening received my food intolerance report back and I am blown away. Everything I have been eating, thinking I was being healthy, has actually been making me ill. Oats, pasta, honey, olives, yellow peppers, olive oil and brown rice are all on my 'red list' and they have been the basis of my diet for years. I also cut out milk and bread thinking it was those making my stomach swell, but these foods are on my 'green list' so I can not wait to re-introduce those back into my diet... I would hand on heart recommend this test to family and friends!
