Been a customer for many years and really disappointed on the Covid-19 cover on offer. I appreciate this is a similar issue with many travel insurance just now, in that if my holiday is cancelled due to Covid i will not be covered e.g. If I had to self isolate due to being in contact with a positive case, if living in Scotland our government says that we are not allowed to travel yet my English flight would go ahead if they permitted it. Only cover i can see you offer is if I test positive before my holiday or if I take up with covid when abroad. Will be more than happy to upgrade my rating if I have misunderstood the terms and conditions for covid cover.
