Didn’t receive full order- rubbish customer service
I have used Nutricircle a couple of times now with completely different experiences. My first order arrived on time and was exactly what I ordered which was great, so i started to recommend my friends to also use the website. However, the last order I placed which was 8 bags of whey protein and some grenade bars & a pre workout on the side arrived with no whey protein? (£53 of my £70 order was missing) When I queried this with customer service I was asked to send proof, which is fine, but I don’t understand how you could incorrectly send such few items and charge me tor them all and then expect me to prove the error? There was no help in receiving the actual goods I’ve originally ordered, and was offered a “refund” for the protein that never arrived. I have friends who ordered the same item after me and actually received what they ordered? There was no help in fixing the issue or explanation in why I could not just have my complete order… When I reached out to the email nobody replied Don’t think i’d be placing an order again and would not recommend with such poor customer service
