My Encounter
The staff...especially, Matt Willer is knowledgeable, professional yet remains most importantly, personable. You are not just ANOTHER number. I am not very knowledgeable in this arena. I needed someone who was patient with my questions and help give answers to questions I wasn't thinking of. As well as, trustworthy. Our first phone encounter lasted over an hour. (did I mention patient) Matt and the Phoenix Group have and are concerned for my families well-being and future as best they can in this uncertain and unpredictable era Did I mention I trust them.
