text message meal delivery time was wrong
Ordering was fine, but the text message delivery notification gave the expected arrival time as 2 hours after ordering. This meant I had to contact the restaurant direct, who said it was a system error. I then emailed takeaway.com direct and the reply was that it was probably a software problem. No indication if it was being looked at or fixed. Won't be using them again. If I need to call the restaurant to check delivery time I might as well order direct.
