Non delivery
I ordered on the 4th January and immediate payment was taken. After a week ( and each subsequent week of waiting ) I emailed the company to enquire where my order was and each time I was told that it would be with me by the end of the week. This didn’t happen so I cancelled my order on the 27th January - over three weeks since my original order. If products are out of stock or there is a problem with delivery then customers should be informed at the point of sale or at least updated whilst they are waiting. Unfortunately, you leave the customer wondering whether you are a scam company due to lack of communication AND non delivery. Very poor on both counts. Will not be ordering or recommending
