In my opinion 0 stars. I was cautious for weeks whether to order, finally did and wished I hadn't. Cost me £10 to transfer funds to their account (this will depend on your bank) after 4 weeks nothing had arrived contacted them to be told wait another week. 6 weeks on still nothing, I was offered refund or new shipment. Why anyone would wait another 5 weeks for nothing to show i don't know. Delivery cost 9.95Euro yet this is not tracked. They claim guaranteed delivery and Fast delivery on the heading of their website, this is just not true, please if you are questioning whether to order i'd advise against unless you are willing to wait weeks for nothing to show then end up being out of pocket even after refund. Oh and even though you can not pay them via Paypal they do try to refund you this way, are they trying to avoid the transfer fee to refund directly to your bank account? I have requested a refund direct to my bank so will update if this actually gets refunded or not. So disappointing. EDIT PETER RESPONSE: I have never ordered from you before so why are you saying i received it in two days?? If you are referring to my email i sent you to tell you about another company in Germany getting my order to me in two days please re read this! I can post all my messages back and fourth from you to show people. I only got offered a refund two days ago when i approached you on the return of my holiday to say its been 6 weeks and still nothing has come. At that point you offered refund or reshipping!! I have only just given you my bank details. I suggest as a family business you focus more on your delivery service. I can 100% prove this is true. Bad way to do business! ANOTHER EDIT!!!! Yes I agree the date I was offered a refund however it states if it had not arrived by the following week to contact you! that would have been 5 weeks from dispatch. I was away on holiday week 5 hence when i returned asked for the refund, week 6, I could not access your site whilst away! So the earliest I could have had my refund was week 5 that is very clear Peter. You state GUARANTEED DELIVERY that is what i expect, guaranteed delivery, this is far from satisfaction guarantees Peter, if someone guarantees delivery that should mean 100% of items are delivered. Satisfaction guarantee is more an opinion, which would obviously differ with each person. What second order do you keep referring too? I HAVE NEVER ORDERED FROM YOU BEFORE THIS ORDER, THERE IS ONLY ONE ORDER WHICH YOU HAVE NOT DELIVERED TO ME SUCCESSFULLY. Please do report this to trust pilot so I can prove this is an honest review of the service I have received from you which I can prove with the ticketed message system we have been communicating through on your website.
