Great Quality
I purchased the Mountain and Sea Blue Travel Tea set as a Christmas present for my friend. He is a big fan of tea, the outdoors, and the Japanese aesthetic.The set is even nicer looking in person than it is in the pictures! I am really amazed how gorgeous the tea pot is, it is a really high quality set. It is minimalist, and refined. It is a perfect blend of practical and artistic.The quality is great, the ceramic is thick and sturdy. The ceramic glaze has a really nice texture. I really like the strainer. In the past I have had issues with other sets that have a strainer basket where after a few uses the basket starts to break away from the seal. The Umi set uses a strainer made of one piece of metal so this is not an issue.The case is really good quality as well. I was suspicious of the travel worthiness of the set, but definitely think you could take these places. We have used the set several times and I am very satisfied with the purchase. I definitely would recommend buying, and am thinking about buying another one for myself.
