Ordered a mystery box on 4th march, with order ID 26030420142075 and since then—nothing. No updates, no tracking, no communication whatsoever. It honestly feels like my money has just disappeared into thin air. Customer support is basically non-existent. No replies, no accountability, no sense of urgency. For a platform that takes payments so quickly, the complete lack of service afterward is shocking. At this point, it feels less like a shopping experience and more like getting scammed. Zero transparency, zero professionalism. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering from here to stay away unless you’re okay with losing your money and your sanity.
