Not what it used to be....
We had a child who attended a center a few years ago. I couldn't fault the staff and management they went above and beyond. The communication was excellent and the team got to know families so well. We returned with our younger child more recently and the whole experience was impersonal and felt like a conveyor belt. Our first meeting was just about pressurising into signing up . Everything has been pushed onto their online portal / website, staff interaction is minimal. We had an interim chat with a manager who was supposed to be updating us on progression. This was odd considering they had never worked with our child at all . It became apparent the manager was just winging it all the way through and didn't have a clue who our child even was. Wouldn't waste the money. .
