Incomplete delivery
In complete order Frozen foods missing, I was advised by driver two bags were missing from my order, be he didnt know the contents. I checked and tried to contact Picnic, i sent a text via their app at 12:30 did not get A response until 15:30. Chat line no answer. Finally managed to get someone on tel, who promised to investigate and call me back, i am still waiting for that call. My last 3 orders have had issues, either missing or damaged items, the costs were refunded, however I then had to goto a supermarket to purchase the missing items, which defeats the whole object.
