I purchased my weights from Northern Gym well over a year ago which no prior issues, then today my adjuster got stuck. I reached out to the team and John was really helpful and gave me some troubleshooting steps to take where he advised of the well hidden reset button! it was resolved in minutes. Well done John for your prompt replies and also for the help I needed. Spot on fantastic customer service and I would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
