Immediate replacement order.
The carrier eventually delivered my order 3 days late of target and the contents had thawed. I contacted Donald Russel on Monday morning (yesterday) and a complete replacement order has just arrived at 0745 today (Tuesday 9th Jan 24). That is by any measure an incredibly fast and outstanding response by Donald Russel in resolving a problem for which they were not in any way responsible. Well done!
