Very disappointing
I usually don’t write reviews but in this case I had such a terrible and disappointing experience with an Online Shop that I felt I had to share. I ordered five flavour syrups for a gift basket for my friend’s birthday. During the delivery I presume the chocolate fudge syrup was damaged and leaked all over the inside of the package. Everything was covered by it. I took images of the package and wrote to the Customer Service who took several days each time for a reply. After over three weeks of failed communication during which I had to follow up five times as my enquiry was ignored I got a refund for the chocolate fudge syrup. However, the dark liquid stained the rest of the bottles so bad that even after scrubbing and wiping the labels were still stained and blotched and utterly unusable as a gift. I will certainly never order from the Skinny Food Company again. I understand that damages during delivery can happen but the way it was handled in my case was unacceptable.
