No communication - steer clear
I would give this property management 0 stars if I could. It is absolutely impossible to get in contact with your local office. I was trying to get information on a unit I was planning on applying to rent. I called multiple times over a 4 month period, first to get additional information on a unit however the reps only knew what was online already. I was directed to email my local office which I did, multiple times. 3 months later I still have not heard back. I finally had to give up on the rental seeing as I cannot rent a unit where I can not get in touch with the property management. I cannot imagine what it would be like to rent with Great Jones, especially in case of an emergency seeing as you cannot get ahold of them. The rental I was interested had been available for over 200 days. No wonder.
