I had issues with shipping during the COVID period and never received my package (aus post lost it) The service from the bong shop was amazing in ensuring I was reimbursed with a product quickly and at no cost to me. The person i was in contact with was lovely and sorted out my situation quickly. + the quality of the product here is always fantastic. Wouldn’t buy my stuff anywhere else
