Literally one of the best companies…
Literally one of the best companies ever. I've been with them since 2008 and this company has amazed me time and time again because they are the exact opposite of the big cable giants that everybody hates. Some examples: From 2010-2020 they never raised the cost of my internet plan, but without even telling me they raised the speed of my connection several times. 20mbit, 25, 30, all the way up to 45mbit over several years. They did this to stay competitive I guess but the fact that it happened automatically is amazing. Then 2 years ago I signed up for a no contract plan for 500mbit at $70/month with a 2 year price guarantee. Amazing deal. Then this week they had a new deal offering 1000Mbit for $50 a month. I called and asked if existing customers can get that deal and they said yes. So I literally doubled my internet speed and now I am paying $20 less per month and this is price guaranteed for the next 2 years. Their phone support has always been amazing and I can tell you their techies know their stuff, they are not just dummies reading from a script. Basically if Novus is available in your building you should go with them it's as simple as that. That's the only downside - they are not available in all buildings.
