I am very disappointed with VOXI
I am very disappointed with VOXI. They promised a £20 reward voucher but sent only £10. I contacted customer support, and they assured me they would investigate the issue within 15 days. However, it has been more than 15 days, and I have not heard back from them. This experience has been frustrating, and their lack of communication is unacceptable. Number of my case is IFM_VOXI19719
