Unresponsive to complaints
My new mortgage lender chose Integrar, which is owned by Knights plc. I figure they rely on such contracts, since individuals would never select them based on their appalling customer service. Sadly my experience has been the same as the many google reviews I have read. Despite a total of 8 emails spread over two months and over a dozen phone calls I have had zero contact/response from Integrar regarding my issue. Ultimately I have been charged an extra fee I am not happy with. I have also reached out to their parent company ‘Knights plc’, but over 3 weeks on from that email, they too have elected to ignore me. I have raised a formal complaint with the new mortgage lender who will take it to the Integrar seniors directly, since such behaviour is unacceptable and does not reflect their website description of themselves, quote: “a market leader in the provision of conveyancing services”. Far from it in my opinion.
