They allow corrupt landlords and agencies to place misleading listings. I was looking for a 2 bed apartment near Heathrow Airport. I used the filters to remove retirement and house share properties, and the amount of house share listings that remained, being deliberately placed with inaccurate basic information, is a joke. Half of the results stated it was a 2 bed apartment, only to find out it was a house share once you clicked on the property
