Good customer service but service was not without hiccups
Overall, it was OK. My luggage arrived to Paris in the end but a few irritating things happened - I am not a fan of writing annoyed reviews but also, I don't like feeling stressed when I pay and entrust someone with my belongings: - I booked, paid and received confirmation for the correct date and address (London to Paris) - Thankfully, I called on the day my luggage was supposed to be picked up because the agent told me that my luggage is due for delivery in Paris one day before the agreed date - which made so sense because I wasn't even going to be there!! Anyways, after some discussion, this was fixed. - The agent arranged for one more bag to be picked up with the initial pick up - that went all fine and really helped me out as I couldn't have managed carrying so much luggage on my own - Then in Paris, I received a text that the driver has arrived but the address included in the text was some completely different address to the one I had given; then the driver didn't speak English but another agent who did called me back which was good - After some more discussions, the address was changed but then the agent said that they have 3 bags instead of 1 (and in fact, I had sent 2) which increased my stress levels - Finally, all was fixed and I received my luggage but had I left it all to the initial call, I think I would still be waiting for my bags. - I must say the customer service was really good though and all my issues were fixed immediately!!! I would advise putting in place some standard operating procedures and for staff to read instructions and/or brief each other more carefully.
