I havent lodged a claim but the service was good.

Purchased a policy through 1Cover and was really impressed by how smooth and clear the whole process was. The cover options were easy to understand, and Sia went above and beyond to explain what was (and wasn’t) included. Great service, helpful advice, and I felt confident knowing exactly what I was buying.
