AMENDED REVIEW In January I booked and paid for tickets from HKG to HAN in May. By March I was puzzled to see that the flight was no longer offered on their website, and flight trackers were showing it operating at a different time. I waited for them to notify me of the schedule change. They never did. Eventually I emailed them. Only then did they tell me that the flight would not be operating on the day I had booked at all, and that we would now travel the following day. This is unacceptable to me, as we shall miss the start of the tour we have booked. I emailed their customer support and their HKG office. I also spoke to them on the phone. They were apologetic and immediately offered a refund. They were unable to transfer my booking to another airline. The failure to contact me promptly was rather poor, and has cost me 250 GBP, because fares have gone up. But their responsiveness once I contacted them has been good - better than I would have expected from some of the reviews here. I have increased my star rating.
