The wait was worth it!
We decided that Diamond Resorts were trying to sell us more points, the carrot being that more properties would be made available to us. We were never aware that we were limited other than by our number of points available. Enough was enough and we approached ECC for help. Having agreed to their terms and paid their fee nothing happened for months. Following legal issues in Spain we were put in touch with Steven John at ECC. What a "player". After a few minor delays we are out of our contract without paying any unpaid fees. Get this man on the job and things happen.
