I had a great experience after an error which caused my gas account to be connected to the wrong meter - an issue from my end when I signed up and put in a slightly incorrect address, so it was my neighbours meter instead of mine. Fixed in a single day, the customer service was friendly and knowledgeable, really went the extra mile to make sure it was all fixed up with no fuss.
