it has happened again parcel just left outside porch at 6:30 on a Friday night and not there in morning and i only found out about a week later it had been delivered , i have phoned several times and emailed several times but no one seems interested , why they use YODEL i do not know , why can,t they do what other company's do and notify you that it is being delivered on a certain day ; thanks for your reply , i have replied to your original email 4 times i have also phoned a few times and have not been told what is happening all i can tell you is that it was left on my door step at 6.30 at night and was not there in the morning , i was not informed of it being delivered and only told a week later that it had been delivered so how can i be responsible for something i did not know about , if you cannot supply could you please refund
