12 bottles but one was smashed
I ordered 12 bottles and one arrived broken. I reported this on the day it arrived and sent photos - it’s now 4 days and I have had no email or contact about my broken bottle so sadly I cannot give a high star rating. Why not send a prompt return email to advise a replacement bottle is on its way? This is such an easy way to make your customers happy despite your DPD delivery failings ..
