I had to give 1 x Star, your tracking system stinks, you don't inform your customers that you are delivering on the day you deliver, The card your driver leaves is a "FedEx" card when in fact the package is being sent by TNT, so the tracking number can not be found, so arranging another delivery day is Impossible, your online help is no help at all. You do not include a contact number, and I suppose that if you did no one would be able to contact you as it would always be engaged In fact, your whole system stinks and I shall not be using it again anytime soon. Well, I was given a contact number for "Customer Support" and guess what? engaged for over an hour I kept trying to get someone to talk to and no, in the end, I got totally pissed off and gave up, I am now calling the supplier and asking for a refund, as the package did not arrive, no doubt he/she will not send by you again.
