Incompetent people and processes. I was away so thought send to my local collection site easy. Email says it’s delivered to my home ? Odd as it’s not tootle off to the collection site.. he has my parcel but needs I’d and collection QR code. The email has neither okay he says I’ll trigger it again. Get the email black space for qr code and code that does not work. Can’t give me the parcel so after hours of digging into there rubbish maze of a website I get the nasty live chat (the cust ser numbers are dead just says number does not exist). All very helpful until I want some resolution , can’t redirect can’t send me code directly.. driver needs to drive out and rescan ?? Odd clearly a cock up being covered up. Frankly a disgrace for a company and hide there incompetence in process and non customer centricity. The circle of hell has a playmate for Hermes and these guys playing tag
