Excellent customer services
I placed an order and got order confirmation and despatch emails. The delivery courier was Amazon. I tracked the order and got as far as the 'label created' stage. There was no further movement for a couple of weeks so I contacted Skinny’s customer support team. Within two days the order had been re-shipped and delivered. Lo and behold a few days later I got an update from Amazon to say the original order was on its way and in due course it was delivered. I contacted Skinny’s customer support again and they immediately emailed me a pre-paid label so that I could return the late delivery. I have to say that Thaileane Collis and Nick Strawson in the support team were excellent in the way they promptly and courteously dealt with the issues. Very good example of the way customer services should be.
