Positive experience via the call centre
I called the call centre for a billing issue. Minimal wait of <3 minutes to speak to a real person and I was transferred to Ms Bhrigette Galvez who was friendly, efficient and assured me she would follow up on my queries. True to her word she delivered. Great outcome. Thanks Bhrigette!
