Service has gone downhill...
I have been a long time customer of Vinatis and was very excited that they started shipping to the UK again. My first couple of orders were absolutely fine but this latest order has been a disaster. I ordered 2 cases of wine on 19th May and have heard nothing until DPD contacted me to say the wine was being delivered on 1st June only to then learn it has been returned by DPD. I called DPD and they said that customs had rejected as no invoice was enclosed. That was 1 of 2 parcels. The second parcel has yet to be delivered. I have sent messages to Vinatis on 30th May asking for an update and on 1st June regarding the returned shipment. I have had no reply from Vinatis. I have asked for a full refund. As yet no reply. I will be contacting my credit card company and ask them for a refund if I don't hear back from Vinatis. ***update*** After posting this review Vinatis has refunded me.
